All 3 of the key models we mentioned have ideal conditions of use and aspects where they come up short.

The fixed price model is overall a very safe and reliable option, with the terms of each project documented before primary work even begins and no danger of a project going over budget or veering off in an unwanted direction. This model also lets us quickly adapt to projects and delegate people and resources freely, as long as the work gets done as you expect.

In contrast, it is more difficult to calculate costsfor the dedicated team model, as the volume of work and other requirements variate over time. Undoubtedly, the biggest strength of its model is the easy scalability that it affords to projects and the very transparent hourly rates that it lets you see and calculate.

The Time & Material model is another flexible one, allowing you to adapt to changing project conditions and scale up/down easily. The cost estimation is based on the time and resources that go into a project, with the focus on individual experts and an overall budget removed. Though you may not be able to estimate the cumulative cost, you see exactly how much money is going where and take as much time as needed to get the project done.

Whichever model you choose, we will ensure regular and clear communication that will keep you updated on our work and let you provide input.
